What we do
Sourcing & KYC
Deals arrive as SCOs (Soft Corporate Offers) or FCOs (Full Corporate Offers) through a public intake form. Each counterparty then submits a CIS (Corporate Information Sheet) for automated KYC review: browser-side OCR reads the document, entities are extracted, and sanctions screening runs before anyone gains full access to the deal room.
Structuring & Signing
Members work through deal economics together inside a shared workspace that models buy and sell legs, spread, and Platts-linked pricing in real time. NDA collection, signature rounds, and party portals are handled inside the same room.
Settlement & Accounting
After signing, settlement flows into a structured AR/AP ledger tied to the deal record. Group P&L rolls up across members so each party has a clear view of what cleared, what is outstanding, and how the economics landed.
Encryption
Documents in the vault are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. CIS and KYC review runs browser-side via multimodal OCR, so document contents are processed locally before any network call is made. Tier-1 deal files — SCOs, FCOs, signed term sheets — use end-to-end encryption throughout their lifecycle. The server never sees the plaintext.
Access & Privacy
Membership is by invitation only. Each deal room is isolated: parties see only what they have been explicitly granted access to. Inner Circle does not sell or share member data. What happens in your circle stays there.
